Fleetbase for Shopify
Run local deliveries for a Shopify store with your own Fleetbase fleet. Live delivery prices, delivery windows, automatic dispatch and tracking, all inside Shopify admin.
Fleetbase for Shopify
The Fleetbase app for Shopify connects a Shopify store to your Fleetbase organization, on Fleetbase Cloud or your own server. Paid local delivery orders flow into Fleet-Ops for dispatch, drivers deliver them with the Navigator app, and Shopify stays up to date with fulfillments, tracking and delivery events.
What it does
- Delivery prices. Charge live, road-distance prices from your Fleetbase service rates at checkout, or get suggested Shopify local delivery zones built from those rates. See Delivery pricing.
- Delivery windows. Customers choose a delivery time on the cart page (every plan) or in checkout (Shopify Plus). See Delivery windows.
- Orders to Fleetbase. Paid local delivery orders are sent to Fleetbase within seconds, with items, address, customer, scheduled time and cash on delivery. You can also send any order by hand. See Orders and tracking.
- Shopify kept in sync. The order is marked fulfilled with a tracking link when a driver is dispatched, then "Out for delivery" and "Delivered" are posted to the order timeline. Shopify sends its usual customer emails.
- Customer tracking. Signed-in customers see the delivery status, driver and a live map on the order status page.
- Fleet tools in Shopify admin. Deliveries, drivers, vehicles, delivery rates, and a delivery block on each order page.
- Shopify Flow. Triggers for dispatched, out for delivery, completed, failed and cancelled deliveries, and actions to send, dispatch or cancel. See Shopify Flow.

It stores order references, statuses and tracking numbers only. Customer names, addresses and phone numbers pass through to your Fleetbase and are not kept by the app.
Requirements
| Shopify | Any plan. Live checkout prices need carrier-calculated shipping (Advanced, Plus, Grow on yearly billing, or the calculated shipping add-on). Checkout delivery windows need Shopify Plus; the cart picker works on every plan. |

Development stores can use both without a plan.
If the Self-hosted plan lapses, the app keeps working for 7 days and shows a warning. After that it stops sending new orders and offering Fleetbase delivery at checkout until the plan is active again. Deliveries already in Fleetbase keep updating, and your settings are kept.
